Absolutely appalling

BOTB you should hang your head in shame. Since when have you ever, in the history of the game, had a spread between the judging coordinates that differ by approximately 1,625 pixels.

THIS IS A NEW LOW BOTB.

It's getting to be joke!!

Remember when all the judges would gather in a dedicated room, reviewing the game images on identical-sized monitors in a controlled environment? They would analyse the players’ body language and discuss potential ball positions together. Now, we have judges making decisions on the go—like this one, who seems to be reviewing the image from the back of a cab, probably on a laptop with a 13-inch screen. How else could he conclude that the player in blue is looking directly upwards?

The quality of the game has declined to the point that it’s causing unrest in the community, and for good reason. BOTB should stop sending out the same generic responses to frustrated players and seriously reconsider their approach. The growing dissatisfaction can't be ignored, and it’s time for BOTB to address the concerns before their competition loses all credibility.

Oh, and for those defending the process by saying, "the judge was removed," ask yourself this: if BOTB had a better system in place—whether through a controlled environment or more competent judges—would the judge's position have even needed to be removed? A stronger setup could result in more accurate judgments and fairer outcomes. Now, imagine losing out on a prize because of this inconsistency, where every pixel counts. It’s not just frustrating—it’s unfair.

Poor judging... or purposely poor!

This is a screenshot from the judging video released 6th Aug in which you can see Andy Brathwaite, a BOTB judge, drew his lines to then completely ignore them by placing his marker outside of the lines in which he saw one of the players looking!!

The level of judging has to be improved.

Could the consistently poor judging be the beginning of the end for BOTB ?

Many of you have taken to social media to voice your frustrations about the BOTB judging process. There are growing concerns that the judges might be purposely exaggerating their positions to assist the lead judge in manipulating the winning coordinate away from the hotspot, thus potentially increasing the company's profits by draining players' credits. While this might sound like a conspiracy theory, it is rather perplexing how leading online resources, such as Winners Revealed, Facebook and Youtube communities, all assist players to find a general hotspot and their results are often closely clustered positions. However, the BOTB judges are the only group that produces an average coordinate that often stands out and away from these hotspots.

The judging itself lacks consistent rules. Sometimes judges outside of the magnifier are removed, yet there are numerous recent instances where the judges' markers are over 500 pixels apart. This is quite surprising for 'professional judges' who should theoretically have more clustered results. Many players have expressed their frustration over this inconsistency. Today's result is a prime example; just look at how far the judges' markers are from the magnifier.

Despite these challenges, our community remains strong and committed to supporting each other. Let’s continue to share our insights and work together to improve our skills. By voicing our concerns constructively, we hope to encourage BOTB to revaluate their judging procedures and ensure a fairer game for all.

Thank you for being an integral part of our community and for your continued support.

Best regards,

Winners Revealed

Weekly Schedule for the BOTB Community

Monday: New Game Image & Promotions

- Release of the new BOTB game image. If our website hasn't updated with the new image, you can still send in your coordinates.
- We urge members to submit their 'First glance' coordinate promptly in a bid to keep them pure, before being persuaded the ball is elsewhere by other online players and forums. Remember, the judges operate on a first glance basis and our records indicate that 'First glance averages' tend to be the most accurate.

- Occasionally BOTB run offers on a Monday to secure 'early bird sales', and so we produce a 'Flash average' that is available to the people submitting their coordianes on Monday. The idea is to help Monday first glance participants to find a general hotspot, early, so they can take advantage of the BOTB promotion.

Tuesday: Videos & Winner Announcements

- BOTB will release:
  1. A video announcing the previous week's game winner.
  2. A video showcasing the game's judging.
- Winners are typically contacted Tuesday morning, with the winners video going live later in the day.
  - *Note:* It's rare, but sometimes winners are contacted on Monday evening.

*Tip to Alleviate Anxiety:*

If you' get anxious waiting for that knock on the door, set your 'Surprise Details' on BOTB to be available only between 8am-10am on Tuesdays. This way, if you haven't been contacted by 10am, you can relax in the knowladge that you haven't won.

Wednesday: Community Updates

- Release of the new BOTB Community Leaderboard.
- Warm welcome to our new 'Elite Player Members'.
  - These members consistently come close to the judges' average.
  - Elite Player Members play a crucial role in formulating the 'Ultimate averages'.
(Our community is proud to be the pioneers of this structure)

Thursday: Coordinates & Analysis

- Deadline: Submit your 'First Glance' coordinate on our website by 3PM.
- We'll release the 'First Glance averages' between 6PM-8PM.

Friday & Saturday: Friendly Reminders

- Gentle reminder: Please submit your 'Thoroughly Studied' coordinate by the upcoming SUNDAY 3PM.
